Trying something new...

As I mentioned in my last post, I have been playing around with digital/hybrid scrapbooking and I have really been enjoying the challenge. As part of the "click" story kits this month from Ali Edwards she included a digital file to create a pie chart.  I am not a huge fan of circles (I like them I just really struggle to use them in my papercrafting) and a pie chart is definately out of my comfort zone.

I was really intrigued by the tutorial that she did on the pie chart so I thought I would try it out for myself.  I couldn't believe how easy it was and how quick it was.  Can I just say how proud of myself I was.  I really didn't think it would be so easy.

Even this layout came  together quickly and although I struggle with circles I am really happy with how it turned out.  I might just have to give this circle thing another go LOL!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you week is going well.

Love me :-)

  1. It looks great - and hard to believe that it is as easy as you say! I like that little semi-translucent star in the middle holding it visually together.

  2. So fun to see this circle layout too, I love circles and grids the most. I have hard time with circle ones too, should try these more often and get better with it.
